While every effort is made to protect this item, the seller is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any melting or breakage of the individual pieces that occurs during shipping. The boxes leave the seller whole and unmelted, and the boxes are sealed (have never been opened for food safety, so cannot add additional internal packing material). The boxes are then placed in a sturdy cardboard box for shipping. Rough handling by the shipping companies (Japan Post then local carrier), being left in the sun or a hot mailbox/delivery truck are out of the control of the seller.

All ingredients are listed in Japanese. Allergens other than peanuts, wheat, milk and soy may be present. Please contact the seller if you have a particular concern. 

Any damage to the shipping box or plastic wrapping of items is not the responsibility of the seller while being transported. Items are shipped exactly as described in a sturdy container.

Storage: Avoid direct sunlight and store in a cool place below 28°C/ 82°F.

As this is a consumable product, returns are generally not accepted. All boxes are wrapped and sent exactly as pictured. 

In the case of severe damage during shipping, please contact the seller with multiple photos of the damage in order to make an insured mail claim. You will also need to make a claim with the local postal company that delivered your package, as this cannot be done from abroad.

Package is shipped via AirMail with tracking and insurance coverage for the listed cost of the item on the package. This insurance cannot be claimed without the above claim filed and pictures of the damage. 
Japan Post REFUSES To send any packages to the USA valued over $100US that is not a 'gift'. Seller is aware of this rule, and will do everything in their power to get the products to the buyer as quickly and cheaply as possible.
